I am over weight because I enjoy food. I also enjoy eating the food at the time it makes me feel so much better. Also, I am strong willed When I have my mind set for a specific food i will not stop till i get it. I will not think about the consequences I will just do it without a second through very quickly. I am a eater that needs food when I need a high or I need comfort.
I have decided that this path is no longer the one I want to go down because I feel that it is killing me slowly... I am slowly committing suicide with food...
I have bought a juicer and I will be juicing fruits and veggies with chicken and fish mixed in meals every so often the same with beef and whole wheat grain.
I hope you the reader will go on this journey with me! I know that there is not finish line to this weight loss but on the way down this path I can complete some of the goals. If I fall off the path I will climb back on and I hope that this fall will not happen often.
My Short term Goals
Lose 30 pounds
Lose 50 pounds
Be able to do 15 pushups
Be able to do 35 set ups
Be able to do 100 jumping jacks.
To run 1 mile
To run 3 miles
My Long Term Goal
To lose 100 pounds
to lose 120 pounds
To be able to do 35 push ups
to be able to do 100 set ups
to be able to do 200 jumping jacks
To be able to Run 5 miles.
To be able to run 10 miles
Right now I weight 289 pounds I will up date this blog every week maybe change it up to everyday. Lets see how this goes wish me luck. I will be putting recipes up here and links to recipes i think are worth looking into!
